Shipping Process
- Orders are shipped within 4-6 business days after dispatch, depending on product availability and destination.
- We take great care in packaging each order with waterproof and corrugated boxes to ensure safe delivery.
- All deliveries are handled by reputable courier agencies like DTDC, FedEx, Blue Dart, and Delhivery for efficient and timely service.
Delivery and Address Information
- Complete Address: It is crucial to provide a complete and accurate address, including a pin code/zip code, as courier services do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Delays or additional fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Billing and Shipping Addresses: Ensure your billing address is where you receive credit card statements, and your shipping address is where you’d like the order delivered.
- Changes to Address: Address changes can only be requested within 24 hours of placing an order by emailing us at jaipuriglam@gmail.com.
Special Deliveries
- Gift Deliveries to Restricted Locations: Deliveries to hostels, colleges, or schools are at the customer’s risk. If such facilities decline to accept a package, no refund or reshipment will be provided.
- Preferred Delivery Dates: For specific delivery dates, kindly mention your request in the order notes. While we aim to accommodate, deliveries are made at the earliest convenience.
Delivery Times
- Delivery typically occurs within 4-6 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Weekend deliveries may be possible in urgent situations at our discretion.
- Items listed in our "Ready to Ship" section are available for quick shipping, ensuring delivery within 4-6 business days.
Tracking and Notifications
- Tracking information will be emailed once the order is dispatched, including the courier company’s website and tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.
International Orders
- Custom Duties: International orders may incur custom duties based on the import regulations of the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
In Case of Delays
- Shipping times are approximate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Although we strive for timely delivery, delays can occur. In such cases, we may offer store credits or gifts on a case-by-case basis.
- We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay due to stock issues.
Return and Refund Policy
- Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available for delays in delivery. However, store credits may be provided for future purchases under special circumstances.
- Orders lost in transit will be reprocessed. Seema Art and Craft is not liable for any damage or loss after the order is delivered.
